The quality of work undertaken fell far short of what we expected. If this had been the stylist's first attempt with extensions, it would have been bad enough. Hair was of different lengths, ends were not finished - overall a very messy job that made us want to undo the extensions immediately and get them done again professionally. We do not like to leave negative feedback but cannot really think of any positive comments to make. We forgot our jacket and they have been been helpful in that.
