I did not enjoy my experience. The therapist wasn’t as friendly and conversational as she usually is. I had not been to the waxing shop for about 6 weeks so the wax was a little more painful but there was no reassurance or good customer service. Even the way she ripped the stripes was in parts, I did have to stop her because of the pain.I asked her to put her hand over the stripped area to reduce the pain and she didn’t do that all the time. May not be back again.
