Service felt rushed despite having prebooked. There was very little consultation about what shape I wanted my brows and the thickness which unfortunately has left me with thinner brows than I would like. I tried to address my concerns in the salon and they were dismissed. It’s a shame as I have been here previously and enjoyed my experience but felt as if the service this time was lacking
