Sonal was super friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant. She was efficient and reassured me that there would be minimal pain. She also stayed open late for me on a Friday evening as I was delayed which was exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back. Thank you.

I have been to Sonal for quite a while now and the experience is always great!
Attention to detail is meticulous; particularly around facial threading, which I usually get. During this visit, not only was the service on point, Sonal also kindly gave me a bottle of water for some medication I had to take. This may not seem like much but I truly appreciated the offer!
Nothing short of 10/10 service :)
Sonal, I’ll see you soon!
