It was my first time waxing, I suffer with anxiety so I was actually terrified during this treatment, but Soni was AMAZING, she made me feel so comfortable, and helped calm my nerves, she added calm music and gave me reassurance. There was moments I had to stop and she held my had to comfort me, if I was anywhere else I may have been thrown out but she was so understanding, caring, kind and supportive, very thorough with service.EVERY hair was GONE.Can’t wait to go back BEST service.BOOKNOW!
