This was my first time getting a professional wax. It was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. I’ve done my own Hollywood wax in the past which is always fine, with the wax taking off all the hair in one go. This wax was just not taking my hair off. The therapist had to keep going over the same area again and again which was insanely painful. In the end there was a lot of hair left, far from the smooth Hollywood I imagined. Also charged extra for my bikini line which was not stated first.
