Arti was polite, professional and cheerful, making you feel at ease. I liked the shape she did my eyebrows, and she provided a lovely mini massage afterwards on the area to soothe the skin. She was quick at the Hollywood waxing in order to minimise the discomfort, but also very thorough. She was very attentive to detail to make sure she'd gotten every hair even in more difficult to remove places.
