In a rush to get something booked as I hadn't had a wax in months so I didn't have time to wait for my usual place. This was a last minute app't in a new place which is nerve wracking. I have a very particular way that I like to be waxed and it's never 'on the menu' anywhere. I explained what I wanted to Surbhi and she followed to the letter making sure that she checked in with me all along the way. She also made suggestions which I took! Super thorough job and painless?! My new go-to salon!
