I booked with Surbhi but she was in a different location so not there. I was very reluctant to try someone new as Surbhi has my very specific waxing down to a tee. I needn't have worried because Arti was excellent as well! Listened to what I wanted and checked with me along the way. Really glad that I chanced it because now I have two therapists there that deliver what I want with detail, patience and care!
