Gopi was (and always is) lovely and patient, my friend was a first timer and I knew she'd have a great experience with Gopi. Gopi is always patient and thorough but was extra welcoming to make my friend feel as comfortable as possible. Highly highly recommend especially if you haven't waxed before you will feel very comfortable and most importantly super happy with the results!!
