This was my first ever wax and I was made to feel really comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming. I didn’t catch the therapists name that did my leg/hollywood/underarm wax but she was really nice. It was my own fault for going when my hairs were a bit too short as she was not able to get them all unfortunately. Will definitely be back
