My only qualm is that despite booking Soni to do my brows (she’d been recommended and was the reason I made the booking, and the trip from N. London to South). It wasn’t until I was chatting to the therapist, that I realised she wasn’t the lady carrying out the treatment.
My brows look good, but I’d had preferred to have been notified if Soni wasn’t available.
