I came here for a Hollywood wax , the therapist ( sorry I didn't catch her name to give her credit) was lovely,professional and friendly. She sparked up conversation to keep me distracted from any pain & made me feel at ease instantly! Considering I'm a shaver she made it as painless as possible , I've had waxes before that have been borderline unbearable pain wise, but her technique was a lot more effective . Will absolutely be coming here again in the future and recommending her to my friends! Also fantastic value for central London!

The room is absolutely tiny, but the waxing was perfect and the staff member was lovely. The floor could have been cleaner.
