The staff member was brilliant and very good at the job. However I was not vey comfortable when the pedicure was being done. I was sat on a soft stool with no back only up against a wall while my feet were soaking in a foot spa and was not the cleanest. Not what I thought the experience was going to be. The beautician was very friendly and very good at her job and this review is in no way any bad reflection towards her. I simply think that the venue should look at investing in a better facilities for its customers.

It was great. The only thing to note is they work out if two salons round the corner from each other. I had one treatment in one and then went to the other for my pedicure which was a less enjoyable experience.

On arrival to the location given I was told my appointment was at a different venue down the road, although it was only around a 5 minute walk I was on my lunch break so had limited time and it was raining very heavily. I wasn't informed of the venue change.
The space was tiny in the basement of a hair salon and I had to shimmy between the wall and table to sit down. The manicurist was lovely, however I had picked a light pink which really needed three coats as opposed to the two she gave me as my tips were showing through, making it look like a French Polish.
By the end of the day two of my nails were starting to chip and by the next day two had come away and I had to repaint for the wedding I was attending. I'm very careful after getting my nails done too!
I would say very cheap but you get what you pay for! Expect little and you'll be happy.

The staff here are always so lovely and easy-going whenever I come for a treatment. The girl who worked on me this time was so quick and precise it was virtually painless! Will definitely be coming back when I next need a treatment.
