I use this salon for the same treatment every month and always have a really good experience. However, the member of staff I had this time (she said she was stepping in and usually works in another branch), meant that this wasn't the case. The whole thing felt very rushed, I thought that the lady was quite rude and the wax itself was done really badly. I will continue to go back as I know the person I had doesn't usually work there, although - it was pretty off putting.
