It can be slightly hit and miss in terms of who you get as a beautician. I haven't seen my regular lady in a while so I may well try somewhere different next time.

The floor was a bit dirty, with dust and hair everywhere. The staff seemed to be in a hurry and not very friendly. I had to go back to an esthetician a week after because the waxing had been done quite approximately. Furthemore, I got a 10% discount, while the pricing list says that new clients get 20% off.
