very friendly staff who were quick & efficient. I came here in my lunch break & I was in and out under 20 mins. Definitely not the best bikini wax i've ever had, but certainly nothing wrong with it either - did the job, and they are reasonably priced. Would come back here again!

The therapist was very nice. She missed a couple hairs, and accidentally dropped some aloe in my eye. It really irritated my eye. Not the best threading I've had, but it was only £5 and she took me right away as a walk in.

Got a Call three minutes before the treatment that it was at another location so I had to walk 7 minutes and arrived there five minutes late, it wasn’t prepared for the treatment so it started 15 minutes later, I had a meeting to catch so the whole treatment was really stressful and the nails didn’t dry properly so the polish got destroyed on my way home. I had allowed 50 minutes for the 30 minutes treatment so if it had started on time the nails would have time to dry properly without any stress.
Unfortunately I’m very dissatisfied with my treatment and hope I will get compensation.
The therapist was really friendly and nice though.
