Very professional, quick and not too painful wax

This was my first ever Hollywood wax and the beautician was very lovely and took it slowly and put me at ease. I also took advantage of the January offer of 3 waxes get one free which worked out about £111. It can be quite expensive but very happy with the service and result and it’s in a very convenient location for me to pop over on my lunch hour.

It was an extremely painful waxing treatment and not all of my hair was fully removed. There were tiny ones that never appear in any other waxing sessions I’ve been to with the same hair length and skin condition. I am regular to waxing, haven’t been shaving in half a year, and this is not something that should be happening. The wax used needs to be changed to a higher quality one and instead of using creme wax, they should use honey based products or hard wax with strip, and less painful ones. The staff hired should be trained in the least painful methods.
