this was my first try at this salon - my appointment was 20 minutes late, which I felt could have been communicated/acknowledged better by the staff. the wax itself wasn't great - whilst the beautitian was lovely, she ripped pieces of skin on my face off during the wax. I'm not new to facial waxing so I know you can get a few cuts at times, but this was pretty bad. unfortunately don't think I'll book here again.
