I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time before my treatment started which is infuriating! I was on my lunch hour & time is at a premium. Why don’t they bother to call you to let you know the technician is running late! I am sat in the reception again today & exactly the same thing has happened- the technician is running 20 minutes late.
