Good points:
-friendly and very kind therapist
-overall satisfied with quality of treatments
Bad points:
-salon was not open 10 min before appointment time and I had to leave and come back
-toilet was not clean
-pedicure chair was broken so had to sit on a chair with my feet up on pedicurist’s lap
-therapist was very nice but treatments took a long time

The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly, but this particular specialist was rough and this treatment was more painful than experiences I’ve had in the past

Had a nice welcome and wax was okay. Someone walked in half way through which was quite uncomfortable but after that was all fine.

Diana was fabulous and kind. My mani-pedi was great. All the staff were very pleasant and it was a wonderful overall experience. Will definitely be going back.
