The manicure and pedicure itself was okay...but I was a few minutes late to the appointment and even though I called ahead I still felt a bit uncomfortable... I wasn't greeted very warmly or asked if I wanted a drink.
One of the beautician's (not the lady who did my manicure) remarked on how pale I was and was saying it as if it was a bad thing, which I felt was quite rude.
Overall, the manicure and pedicure was okay but not the best reception and I didn't feel looked after.

Good points:
-friendly and very kind therapist
-overall satisfied with quality of treatments
Bad points:
-salon was not open 10 min before appointment time and I had to leave and come back
-toilet was not clean
-pedicure chair was broken so had to sit on a chair with my feet up on pedicurist’s lap
-therapist was very nice but treatments took a long time
