I was disappointed with the service. There were a lot of hairs that were not removed. The result was not professional at all. I did not realise at the time otherwise I would have said something.

I was optimistic since there seemed to be a few others at the spa during my visit, but my Brazilian left me with several missed spots as well as slight heat rash.
