The lady was late but the receptionist apologised and they were both quite nice. The therapist lady seemed a bit nervous initially but the quality of facial massage and work was very high. I was quite impressed with her skills. I thought she should have done a bit more steaming and to do the blackheads cleaning a bit better as she forgot the forehead but my face looked shiny and glamorous.
