Kind and super friendly :) and good wax. Waxing was done very quick and good. The lady was so nice to have a friendly conversation to distract a bit from the waxing pain. I will Definitely go back.

I was 10 mins late but the beautician was very accomodating. She was quick, but not too rushed, and took the time to check I was ok throughout the appointment. It wasn't a perfectly clean finish, but good value for money and the beautician created a very pleasant environment.

It was quick and efficient. I had only a specific amount of time and the waxing was done within 15 mins. The wax used made it as painless as it could be.

The best hollywood I've had in a long time - so so quick and almost painless. One thing however - Treatwell decided to email me at 6pm with a rearranged appointed for 6.15pm when my appointment was at 6.30pm. When I go to the venue at 6.30 the poor beautician was so stressed because not only had they just emailed me to re-arrange they had done the same with her and booked in myself and then someone at the same time. Treatwell hadnt checked with her or myself, she ended up having to rush with me (however she did a fantastic job so no complaints!) stay late, miss her train and probably rush the customer after myself. I didnt like been emailed a re-scheduled appointment 30 mins before I was due there with no phone call or agreement on my side.

amazing wax! basically painless, fast, thorough, woman is fabulous! very polite, friendly, efficient. I've been waxing for years and she's honestly the best! I "commute" 1 hour 15 mins just to have her do the wax. great value!
