Due to staffing issues my appointment had to be moved to a different branch. The therapist however was still 15 minutes late. The waxing was fine however the therapist insisted that I had not pre-paid on Treatwell and proceeded to charge me £18. When I got home I found the Treatwell confirmation that had pre-paid £15.40 for the service). I phoned the salon and they agreed I had been charged twice and said they would refund me.
