I arrived at the salon 10 minutes before my appointment at 10am and it was not fully open and my appointment did not start on time. However, I was pleased with the results of my wax and my therapist Anna was great and made me feel very comfortable albeit that I would have preferred it if disposable pants were available. I also noted Anna's knowledge about nails and I will be returning for a nail appointment because I was impressed by Anna's approach.

Sandra is very positive and waxes very well.
I do not feel she has to be micro managed when she waxes me. She takes pride in her work and I highly recommend her.
