The venue needs some renovation. It's largely in the basement, is very, very warm, and smells strongly of damp. It's deeply unpleasant and feels quite neglected. My technician was lovely (as were all of the staff), very pleasant and professional. My eyelash and eyebrow tint is great, but my brow wax is a little wonky (one is thicker and longer than the other, and they aren't equidistant). I don't think I'd go back.
