My mum come for a tailor made facial which was £55 when I rang to enquire about this facial prior to booking & the lady I spoke to told me what was involved. My mum then arrives the next day to have her facial well my mum said she did a very basic facial and nothing like what the lady told me on the phone. The facial my mum paid for was supposed to last an hour 20-30 minutes later the facial was finished. This service is disgusting so think twice before you use this company very disappointed

Me and my partner went for a relaxing massage. The massage therapists were great, the overall experience from start to finish was lovely. Felt refreshed after the massage, would be going again, thanks alot sole beauty clapham, great staff.
