This wasn’t a great experience. The therapist left the room multiple times without explaining, once leaving while the steamer was blowing on my face - she was gone so long I had to sit up out of the way. I could hear the therapists arguing about cleaning outside the room, discussing the fact that the sink was ‘disgusting’. This was also supposed to be a Dermalogica facial but I saw that she used a different brand’s clay mask without explanation. When I left, none of them were wearing face masks.
