Worst Hollywood hot wax in years! The beautician did not warm up the hot wax and would not wait until it warmed up so she kept on putting the cold wax on me and then try to take it off... after that the wax was overheated and boiling hot. She didn’t really seem to know what she was doing and I ended up having wax all over my legs (even though it was just a bikini wax) and patches around my intimate area. Half of my hair was also left on so I had to go home and shave it off. She also half used strip wax (on my backside too) even though it was supposed to be hot wax. I dropped into this place as my usual beautician at another place was on holiday but will never come back here and I don’t recommend it to anyone! There are so many other options in the area - don’t make the same mistake as I did!

sole beauty cancelled on the morning of my appointment. offered me a replacement in Stratham branch. when I said yes 1 hour later text me to say Stratham branch wasn't open on a Monday. then offered me Tuesday. had it done elseware

I really want to give this job five stars as my nails started out looking fantastic, but the polish is now chipped and thin after a few days, and one nail is completely broken. The technician otherwise seemed competent and did a thorough job, and was good about checking I liked the color, shape, etc, so perhaps just a poor quality of materials.. I would come back a second time and see how it goes. Only other complaint is the person behind the desk asked me if I would like something to drink and then... I just never got my tea.
