Staff were really friendly. My threading was quick and well done. I did notice that I paid £10 through Treatwell but on the price list they gave me in the salon it would have been £9.
Staff were great but the waxing was not done hygienically or properly.
Hygienically: no cleanser was added to skin before waxing, double dipping of spatula, already used waxed being used.
Properly: Legs weren't done well- sides of legs had many hairs still, Brazilian should've been done with hard wax (non-strip) as many patches of hair were disregarded and left- had to go home to wax them myself. Overall, would not go again for waxing of intimate areas in fear of infections, or just for the lack of a good job.
