A manicure means that your nails get buffed and your cuticles get done. First of all the cuticle cutter had RUST on it. I've used antibiotic soap as soon as I got home. Rust on tools is completely unacceptable and unhygienic! The girl that did my manicure, beside her so-so job was quite sweet. That being said, I will NOT be coming back here. If you go, bring your own nail tools!
I had a Hollywood wax. The communication before I went in the room was very average - I was constantly confused. The lady seemed nice enough but barely spoke.
The waxing was horrible. I've had it done before but she reused wax, reused sticks and used strips for the full area and left so many patches of hair. Total waste of money and she didn't let the wax set either so it was hot wax on repeat on the same areas of skin. Will certainly not be returning.
Good value for money. Eyebrow threading was great and nails turned out lovely.
Amazing set of nails - they've lasted three weeks so far and still look perfect. Staff are the absolute best!
