Really happy with my nails - main lady at the front desk was very accommodating and made good suggestions. Salon was nice and clean. However - staff were incredibly rude. My nail technician pulled her phone out and sat watching videos whilst my nails dried. Didn’t speak to me but was loudly shouting to her colleagues. She “banterously” nudged her colleague next to her whilst she was painting another customers nails, luckily it didn’t ruin her nails. Such a shame about the staff

I used to think that I didn’t like acrylic nails, it seems that I just never had them done well! I’m in love with my new nails and will definitely be coming back <3

First time at this salon and my nails were done perfectly... exactly how I wanted. If you book on treadwellor insta, they seem to have an issue with the person who is monitoring it as they aren't telling the staff of bookings so be aware as you might be in for a wait!

I don’t get my nails done so I was a bit nervous about going and I was only getting Shellac done so doesn’t take too long. The person who did my nails hardly spoke to me, kept going onto her phone , WhatsApp , ringing people in front of me so feels like she didn’t really care about doing my nails and after telling her I’d never done my nails at the end she looked at me and went “finished”. Didn’t ask me if I liked them or anything. Manager was lovely but I wouldn’t go back due to her service.

Rude staff behaviour. I have booked the appointment for 11 am and received the services around 12:10 pm. Poor customer service and salon management. Definitely big NO to this salon.
