The treatments are fine and are generally pretty quick. My biggest complaint is that they have NEVER honoured a booked appointment time. I have had to wait anywhere between 20 minutes and an hour beyond my booked time for my treatments.

This salon does not use BIAB - they have their own builder gel but it is not the gel bottle one.
My appointment was at 9.30 - they didnt open the shop until 9.35 - apparently this is fairly normal.
To remove my old gel they did it all with a machine which has left my nails fragile and thin.

Apart from the fact that they literally drew blood from my finger from grinding it with the file tool, the quality of the acrylics are bad, they are squint, not the shape I asked for and far too wide for my nails. There’s loads of bits that didn’t get taken off properly. I asked for ombré and some of the nails are really badly blended. Would never go back. I honestly can’t believe this place has good reviews.
