When I arrived I was asked to wait. After a while I received phone call from the manager (on my phone) who asked to speak to a staff member. They spent ages debating who would take call. They then said they didn't have anyone to complete my booking.
I booked and paid for the appointment on the day and when I arrived at the salon I was told that the appointment could not be confirmed because I had booked on the day. The two men in the salon were incredibly rude to me and did not apologise or explain properly as to why this was the case. They blamed treatwell and said it was their fault. No refund was offered and I had to ask for this. Horrendous customer service and total rudeness. This is not acceptable.
