Such an awful experience. Our booking was at 11.30 and there was 4 people waiting in front of us and 3 already having their nails done. The therapists asked us why were were here and we explained we had a booking at 11.30. The customers who were in the queue explained they had been waiting for 1 hour already and their booking at 10.30. We waited for one hour. I showed what I wanted and was told it wasn’t possible. I show different style, it was always a no. So I ended up asking for a refund.

First tech to do my nails was an older gentleman, and he’s done them before, made an absolute mess, and I did mention I didn’t want him to do them this time around, was reassured he’d do a good job this time, but just like the last time he made a mess. I’ve gone to this salon for years. I won’t be visiting again, and forewarning people go to avoid too.
