My appointment was meant to be at 5.15. I was waiting over an hour and left - no communication whatsoever, no apology for being late - they just kept accepting walk-ins when I had an appointment.

Good price, quick, no wait. However, second time that I go here and both times I mentioned I had an appointment booked,but they didn't check if I booked it through Treadwell, and it felt a little uncomfortable when I told them I already paid.
