Had one of the worst experiences here. AVOID. They don't really care about their customers. The lady who did my nails had so much of attitude and 6 of my fingers are bleeding. She had no idea what she was doing. The pedicure was terrible too (she just put my feet into water, wiped them and did my toes) no scub/massage etc and i paid for the full experience. Lashes were done by another lady. Nice but used white glue so my eyelashes look black and white.

The treatments themselves are fine but overall salon experience is just OK, it's always a very "squeezed in" approach butit works so depends what you are looking for. If you want to unwind while having your nails done this isn't the place to do it

I usually have a really positive experience here and am always happy with my nails. Booking an appointment seems pretty pointless as I was waiting nearly 20 minutes past my booked time and in the end had to leave before they could fit me in.
It’s a shame as I would love to keep using this place, but I need somewhere a little more reliable with time.
