May as well have not booked on Treatwell, my appointment was at 12pm and I wasn’t seen till 12.40pm. There was no priority on timings and they hadn’t asked me if I had already booked. Felt like they rushed my nails as there was only two staff members and there were more appointments to cover. My nail technician was sloppy and had to keep cleaning the sides of my nails, and also didn’t let one hand dry so ruined the nail. Overall they looked fine for what I had paid but I wouldn’t go back
