The treatments themselves are fine but overall salon experience is just OK, it's always a very "squeezed in" approach butit works so depends what you are looking for. If you want to unwind while having your nails done this isn't the place to do it

I usually have a really positive experience here and am always happy with my nails. Booking an appointment seems pretty pointless as I was waiting nearly 20 minutes past my booked time and in the end had to leave before they could fit me in.
It’s a shame as I would love to keep using this place, but I need somewhere a little more reliable with time.

Had to wait 45mins despite booking for a set time, turn off bookings if you're not available? the woman commented on how thin my nails were after she had drilled and filed them to remove shellac... well of course they're going to be thin.
