I book in advance to ensure I don’t have to wait in the salon. I booked on the app and arrived 5 minutes before. I was still waiting to have my treatment 25 minutes later. I had to leave as I was getting late for another appointment and I didn’t want to be stressed. I have not managed to get a refund. Don’t have open appointments on Treatwell if you don’t have the capacity to provide them at that time - booked appointments should take priority over walkins!
