My appointment started over half an hour late because there’s no system. The staff were perfectly nice and the actual manicure was fine but I’d only go here if you have loads of time to spare! No point booking.

Waited for 25 minutes in a queue of walk ins. What’s the point in booking a time slot if it’s not honoured? Gel nails are good but the atmosphere in the salon is chaotic and not relaxing. Wouldn’t go again unfortunately.
