Worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I chose a colour, but the result was completely different. The manager insisted chrome would fix it—it didn’t. After over an hour of trial and error, she admitted the base was wrong too. I asked for it to be removed and refused to pay. On top of that, she stopped midway to eat porridge in front of clients. Completely unprofessional. So many better options nearby—do yourself a favour and avoid this place.
