The booking system isn't great - despite having an appointment it seems to be first come first serve which makes it hard to judge what time to come for and if you can go in your lunch hour - was very busy at the time I went!

My toe was cut which really hurt and I bled but he was very apologetic and it was a clear accident.
I booked for 3:30 and the appointment didn’t start till 4:20 which was quite annoying .

When my treatment was finished I then had to prove that I had paid via the treatwell app as tge person doing my treatment didn't have access to the booking system.
