I got the treatment I’d paid for. Unfortunately having little experience and the technician working on my nails having little English it turned out I’d booked the wrong one. I ended up with BIAB on bitten nails so it looked awful. When I realised I left before the colour was put on as it would have highlighted the misshapen nails. Outside of that (which was my fault) I was worried about the cleanliness. The gloves the technician put on had already been used and the tools used weren’t cleaned.
