Overall, I was really happy with the service at SoHo Nails. However, I had booked an appointment but I wasn’t seen until around 45 minutes later than my original appointment time, as it was quite busy, so that was a bit annoying but I was very understanding and appreciated they were just busy ahead of the bank holiday weekend so it can’t be helped. The staff were all really nice and gave me £5 off for my next visit to make up for it, so that was a really nice touch from them too.
