After waiting 45 minutes, my shellac removal and application should only have taken 30-45 minutes was performed by a trainee who spent 1.5 hours, told me she'd never done it on real hands left me with really good sore cuticles and not a very good application. Not impressed at all.

The staff and service was fabulous! The ladies were attentive and extremely professional. The salon is beautiful and modern and I would definitely recommend. Best nail salon in Leeds city centre!

I arrived 10 minutes late due to being stuck at work but it wasn't a problem. Nails were done very efficiently. Just remember to take cash - no card machine!

probably the most thorough underarm wax I've ever had!! So cheap and the staff even waited for ages while I went to get money out to pay - really loved hidden gem of a salon and I'll definitely be returning:) x
