very unprofessional and quite, the staff didn't seem massively friendly and hardly spoke to me - only doing gestures and pointing to where my hand should go. The receptionist was on a phone call the whole time and it really put me off. Even though my acrylics did come out half decent the whole experience wasn't the best

Staff were taking and making phone calls while doing my nails and it was really unprofessional. It was annoying as it kept everyone waiting and also meant she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. Apart from that nails were good
