Booked an appointment. I arrived at the right time and was sat for twenty minutes waiting for the therapists to finish with their customers. After twenty minutes a lady said it shouldn’t be too long, I asked how long and she said another ten minutes. Customers should not have to wait half an hour before their treatments.

I had an appointment booked for 5:30 but as they had a lot of walk ins I had to wait until 6:15. I was desperate so couldn’t go elsewhere. She did knock of £5 so it was only £15 in total for removal and manicure however the removal was just leaving my fingers in bowl rather than using the foils which was uncomfortable and lazy, in my opinion. She was bossing the other staff around which made for an unpleasant experience and there was no offer of a drink. Looks nice on the outside but I won’t be going again.

Mainly great, just a bit rushed-a few people came in who didn’t have appointments and they were given priority which was a shame. Clock watching is a bit awkward!
